One thing to keep in mind...this is Open Range Country. Once you turn off of HWY 212 onto the Otter Creek Road (HWY 484) you may encounter cattle and/or horses on the road. For those who have been before they have removed the cattleguards on 484 and their aren't supposed to be any livestock, but keep in mind that you can never trust a cow or a horse not to escape...Also keep in mind that there are a lot of deer and antelope in this country. Use caution especially at night.
